How We Do It: Studies published by the Pew Internet & American Life Project during the previous decade indicated that Americans were searching online for health content. However, two questions remained unanswered:
- What were they finding online?
- How was this content influencing their perceptions of physicians’ medical advice?
We published two widely cited reports that helped to answer these questions and advanced the health industry’s understanding of Internet-empowered consumers. Learn more about them here and here.
What We Do: Our training solutions help you improve efficiency and implementation.
How We Do It: When the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention was looking for help explaining how the Internet and Web 2.0 technologies were impacting Americans to agency staff, it turned to Enspektos. Over a two-year period, we delivered a number of workshops on this topic to hundreds of CDC personnel. Access content from these workshops here and here.
